Our Story
Triple C Security Consulting was established to fill a critical gap in multifamily property security. After decades in public safety roles, Chad Chaney recognized that many security vulnerabilities could be prevented through thoughtful environmental design and proper security awareness. The passage of Florida Statute 768.0706 (formerly HB837) created an opportunity to help property owners not only comply with legal requirements but fundamentally improve resident safety.
